This verification process will delay immediate shipping. THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.

SHIPMENT & FEES

Shipment is Free in theese countries Hong Kong and Macau.

All the rest  will be shipped via the courier FedEx.

As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.

THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM ships worldwide using FedEx and SF Express delivery.

Items that are already available will be shipped in 1-2 business days (monday-friday) following order completion. 
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

PREORDERED ITEMS: 
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

THEBOUTIQUEMILANO shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM.

SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM at orders@theboutiquemilano.com.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

 

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 8 days of the merchandise delivery date.

Return Instructions

To request a return go to MY AREA and either sign in to your account or enter your email and order number. Next select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM with your return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for the return shipment.

The courier for the return shipment will be provided in the return instructions email sent by THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).

The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM. 

If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.


The three Types of Return are:

Size exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available.

The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

Store Credit
As soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The code may be used on the following order placed on THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM.
Store Credit:

  •          can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return;

  •          is not cumulative with other store credits;

  •          must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value          of the store credit.


Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.


Returns must be shipped within 8 days of the order delivery date.


Return Terms and Conditions

  •          The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.


Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

 

  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

 

  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Pick-ups for all authorized returns with THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.        

  • In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

 

  • THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online.  In the case of unauthorized or   non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, THEBOUTIQUEMILANO.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

 

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
